Yoga for the Hips | Hip Stretches | All Levels

Today’s practice is all about showing our hips some love! 💕

The postures and movements in this practice will help improve mobility in our hips!

We start low to the ground today as we warm-up our hips with some gentle hip stretches. We will deepen our stretch as we make our way through the practice.

A few of the poses and movements that we explore today will help strengthen our hip flexors. Strong hip flexors can help us progress into various active postures, such as Boat Pose!

A yoga block or a thick book for added challenge!
