Today’s practice is intended to boost our CONFIDENCE!

We explore strength-building postures that cultivate confidence and focus! The poses we move through today are energizing and will leave you feeling ready to take on the day!

This is a fantastic practice to do before a test, an interview, a date!

We start today’s class with a mantra. Mantras can be words or phrases that we repeat frequently both on and off the mat. Mantras invite us to dig in deep, push forward, while helping us remain focused in the present moment. I believe in YOU!
