Today’s practice involves some core work!!!

Plank Pose is a full-body strengthener.

Plank Pose strengthens the core, back, legs, arms, and the booty. This in turn, works to improve our posture and spinal health!

So, we are really cultivating strength in our entire body just from doing this one exercise.
