2 Minute Arm Workout No Equipment | Toned Arms

Today, our arms get a little workout in! No equipment is needed for this practice. We will use our strength to tone the muscles in our arms and shoulders. Our wrists will also receive a little love as well.

A kind reminder to breathe throughout the practice, especially if and when you are feeling that burn! The breath can be an exceptional tool to help us push forward and dig in deep.

This is a quick 2-minute practice designed to set you up for success! If you are looking for more, feel free to repeat this sequence 1 or 2 more times.
