Today, we send some sweet love to our feet!

I believe that it is so important to show our feet some TLC especially since they are our foundation - our base. They are crammed into socks and shoes all day long. Our feet do not get a lot of time to rest and breathe!

These exercises can help strengthen the ligaments and tendons in our feet, which can also help improve foot stability!
