Yoga for Digestion: Wind Relieving Pose

Today’s practice involves releasing and letting go of trapped gas. Wind Relieving Pose can help relieve indigestion, bloating and constipation.

I believe that Shrek said it best - “Better out than in, I always say!” Haha!

This practice also provides a gentle stretch for our whole body, and allows us to LET GO of what is no longer serving us!
