Today, we sit back into a FIERCE chair as we work to cultivate strength and stability in our body.
Chair Pose strengthens our feet, ankles, hip flexors and our backs. This posture invites us to open our heart space in a loving and supportive way.
I will provide some key action points to be mindful of as we explore Chair Pose. With that being said, if something does not feel right, back out of the posture and make an adjustment.
